Bio

I started my estate agency career in France over 30 years ago and since then have enjoyed most of that time her in Suffolk. Those years have allowed me to build a strong understanding of what makes a good modern estate agent. I have a clear understanding of what is important to my clients and how to provide them with the best quality service.

I am passionate about property marketing because I don’t believe homes should simply be listed—they should be presented in a way that helps buyers imagine themselves living in their new home.

Every property has its own story, character and lifestyle, and bringing that to life through photography, video and thoughtful marketing is one of the most rewarding elements of my job.

That local knowledge, combined with a passion for negotiation, allows me to position homes effectively, create competition between buyers and work tirelessly to achieve the strongest possible price and best result for every client.

David Clarke gave my house sale a great deal of attention and care and achieved a sale in a week. He explained every step of the way very carefully, listened to all my requests and made as easy a transaction as he possibly could. He also had an excellent team of experts working with him, and I’m grateful to them all. David was also responsible for the presentation of the house and mounted a beautiful set of photographs of the rooms and the garden.
