Bio

I specialise in land, new homes and luxury properties – working with small to medium developers and homeowners across Lincolnshire. A career built exclusively in this market has taught me to combine sales, marketing and relationship management into one strategy, creating a true partnership with every client!

I’ve worked in property for over a decade, more than half of it specialising in land, new homes and upper-market builds with real character. My experience spans corporate estate agency to Managing Director of a specialist Land and New Homes agency, giving me genuine depth across the industry. I now work as a one-to-one partner to my developer clients for a seamless, all-in-one service.

I operate across Lincolnshire, with a comprehensive knowledge of planning policy that supports my developer clients, and the ability to guide buyers towards a location where they’ll truly feel at home. I get involved from the point of land acquisition, helping ensure the right homes are built in the right locations.

My Style

Selling new homes means getting involved early. I work with developers on pricing and launch strategy before the first plot goes live, then bring considered, high-quality marketing to every unique or upper-market home along the way. The way I market homes is completely unique to each development and I pride myself on exceptionally high quality marketing, to compliment the quality of the properties I sell!

Why New Homes

I specialised in new homes because developers deserve a tailored approach and a genuine partner on their side. It's easy to admire a finished home and forget the hard work, both mental and physical, behind it. Working in true partnership means understanding a developer's vision from the outset, and finding real satisfaction in matching that home with the buyer who'll call it their own.

The effort put into the marketing, listings, launch and being there for support has been incredible. Rosie has gone above and beyond in many ways and continues to make the process enjoyable and smoother. I’ve been through quite a few estate agents in Lincoln but I have not experienced this level of service from any others.
