Bio

Hi, I’m Sam, I believe that buying and selling a home is deeply personal and unique to the individual and everyone deserves to be communicated with in a clear and straight forward manner. As your personal agent, I am able to guide you through every stage of the process and tailor my service to your specific needs to achieve the best result possible.

I started my career in estate agency just over five years ago, starting as trainee negotiator covering Blackheath and Greenwich. Over the span of five years, I worked my way up to the position of Branch manager. I feel having worked in a variety of roles in a relatively short span of time, it will allow me to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my newest venture!

One of the biggest advantages of working with me is that you will deal with me from start to finish of your journey and you can expect honest and proactive communication. I will keep you informed, will advise you through every stage of the process and will use my knowledge and experience to solve problems effectively as they arise.

When it comes to marketing your property, I believe that there is always something that can be done better, whether it is the photography, tone of the description or the pricing strategy. As your personal agent, I will tailor my advice to you and will present you with a number of options that I feel could present your property in its best light and then the choice is yours!
