Agent Assistant (Part-Time)

Agent Assistant (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a personable, organised Agent Assistant to join us at our head office in Rearsby on a part-time basis, covering a period of maternity leave. You’ll be part of the team that is the glue that holds our national team of partner agents together – fielding incoming enquiries and assigning them out to the right partner across the country, so every lead lands in the best possible hands. It’s a varied, people-focused role at the heart of the business, working three days per week including alternate Saturdays, with some working from home required.

Alongside managing enquiries, you’ll help keep us compliant, following a clear process to ensure new listings and sales meet all the necessary requirements, and pitching in with ad hoc administration wherever it’s needed.

Who are we looking for?

This role will suit someone who’s naturally personable, highly organised and diligent — the kind of person who takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be comfortable juggling incoming enquiries, following a process carefully and turning your hand to whatever the team needs. Experience in estate agency or administration is a bonus, but if you don’t have it, don’t worry — we’ll provide full training. What matters most is that you’re reliable, detail-focused and genuinely enjoy helping people. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

What do we offer?

You’ll be given high-quality equipment, including a MacBook, and a comfortable working environment with a relaxed dress code at our head office in Rearsby — a lovely rural setting. On top of a competitive base rate of pay, there’s the opportunity to earn supplementary commission, plus genuine support for your personal development. With regular company events and real scope to progress within the business, it’s a great place to build a career, not just do a job.

  • Competitive base rate of pay
  • Opportunity to earn supplementary commission
  • High-quality equipment provided, including a MacBook
  • Part-time hours: three days per week, including alternate Saturdays, and one WFH day
  • Full training provided — no experience necessary
  • A comfortable working environment with a relaxed dress code
  • Based at our head office in Rearsby, a beautiful rural setting
  • Opportunities for personal development
  • Regular company events
  • Real scope for further progression within the company
