We're looking for an Agent Support Assistant.

The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking appointments
- Booking viewings
- Dealing with all enquiries via telephone, email and property portals
- Assisting partners and clients
Key requirements:
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- Your will have strong IT skills and a natural sales ability
- You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality
What you need to know:
- You will be working 5 days per week 9am-5:30pm, which will include at least one day on the weekend
- We have a relaxed, fun and modern office environment, but a highly focussed, determined and hardworking team
