Partner – Estate Agent

We’re looking for ambitious estate agents to join Hortons as self-employed Partners and build their own business within their own exclusive territory. As a Partner, you’re the personal agent your clients know and trust, owning the full end-to-end service from valuation and instruction through to getting sales over the line. You keep the lion’s share of your fees, set your own pace, and grow a business that’s genuinely yours, all under a trusted national brand.

You won’t be doing it alone. We’ve built a model that puts experienced agents at the centre, backed by industry-leading marketing, support and technology teams. That means your clients’ homes reach the widest possible audience, your admin is taken care of, and you’re free to focus on what you do best — winning instructions and looking after clients.
