The role:
Internally, we have countless opportunities to convert leads into valuations, however until now we have not had the capacity to proactively work them all. This is a hugely important role that will support our network of agents, created around nurturing warm leads, finding valuation opportunities and converting them into client meetings.
Our network of agents currently operate across the majority of central England, and the business generation will be spread across the entirety of the actively worked area, meaning there will be a variety of clientele and localised markets to deal with.
Training and support:
The Valuations Executive will report directly to the Growth & Training Director, who will have an active role in coaching and nurturing best practices, techniques and personal development, as well as ensuring that the working atmosphere is as enjoyable as possible.
Salary:
£22,000 + commission (Realistic £26,000 – £30,000 OTE)
Location:
Office based (Leicester City Centre)
Who are we looking for?
We firmly believe that processes can be taught. This being said, given the nature of the position, it would be beneficial to have industry experience. The qualities and experience we look for are as follows:

- Industry experience at sales negotiator level + (ideal, but not essential)
Interview process:
There will be a two-stage, in-person interview process with this position, meeting two key members of staff within the business – the reporting manager and the CEO.
