Having been in property since 2010, Brendan has experienced various markets and handled property transactions ranging from 1 bedroom apartments to expansive country estates. From this experience, he believes that no two property transactions are the same, meaning that the marketing, selling style and management should be tailored specifically to each individual home.
Brendan spent the majority of his childhood in Thrapston and went to school in Oundle, and proudly classes himself as a ‘local’. He has some fantastic connections in the area and also knows the best places to eat, drink and explore. This is of course great when it comes to selling property, as he firmly believes that people buy property not only for the conventionalities of a building, but the lifestyle that it brings.
“I have a real passion for service and a keen eye for detail and take great pleasure in helping people realise their home-moving dreams.”

Brendan,
a trusted
estate agent
“I have had the pleasure of working with Brendan May for over 10 years when he sold my first property development project and quickly tied another one up for me shortly after. Even when we were operating in different areas I have relied on Brendan's fantastic market knowledge and expertise to guide me into confident purchase decisions. Over the past year, Brendan has become even more influential as we have been working together to source more properties. In addition, Brendan has been assisting me with regular site visits to offer input and valuable pre-restoration advice as well as floorplan design. His marketing skills are also second to none. Having worked with many over the years - Brendan is not your average Agent! He is a true 360 degree property professional who is always thinking about the bigger picture and I look forward to continuing our very enjoyable working relationship.”
