“Terrell is always very enthusiastic, positive and helpful in all respects. He is very friendly and personable and it was a pleasure doing business with him. The house went on the market on a Monday and there were four viewings that Wednesday with half a dozen or so on the Saturday. Four offers were made and Terrell asked for best and final offers by Sunday. Two offers above the asking price were made. In short, Terrell handled everything quickly and effectively.”
