Apartment 3
Old Bank House Church Hill

A beautifully presented Grade II listed two bedroom apartment, set on the upper floor of this charming period building in the very heart of Coleshill. Positioned on Church Hill, directly opposite St Peter and St Paul’s Church, it enjoys an enviable outlook and a wonderfully convenient location.

The apartment offers generous proportions throughout, with secondary glazing and impressively high ceilings enhancing the sense of space. The large lounge features a characterful bay window, while the kitchen diner includes an integrated oven, hob and fridge freezer, together with a second bay window framing views across to the church.

To the rear are two double bedrooms; the main bedroom benefits from its own separate W.C. and sink, and there is also a well appointed family bathroom. The property comes with a long lease and access to an enclosed communal garden shared by just three apartments within the block.

An excellent opportunity for first time buyers, the apartment is within easy walking distance of local schools, shops and amenities, and offers straightforward access to the M6 and M42 motorway links. Early viewing is highly recommended.

In accordance with current legal requirements, all prospective purchasers are required to undergo an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) check. An administration fee of £40 per property will apply.
