East Street
Banbury

Hortons are delighted to offer this beautifully presented, characterful two double bedroomed property to the market, that is offered with no onward chain.

A well presented two bedroom period property with loft room and character features. The current owners have done a superb job of retaining many features of the property, whilst tastefully blending in modern aspects to create an easy, period place to call home.

The porch is a very practical addition, and has recently installed new front door. There is space to hang coats, and kick off boots. This leads into a welcoming & cosy front room, with feature fireplace having log burning stove. There are stairs leading to the first floor and a doorway to the kitchen space. Along with the front door being replaced, the windows were newly upgraded too, making this an efficient older style property.

The kitchen offers a range of eye and base level units with work surfaces above, and is a modern kitchen, in a light cream shaker suite in keeping with traditional designed kitchens, and having integrated dishwasher, oven and hob, with space for further white goods under counter.

The bathroom has recently been upgraded to offer a neutral, fresh space, with shower cubicle, wash basin, wc, and airing cupboard that houses the immersion tank.

The first floor comprises of two, double bedrooms, with the bedroom at the rear having a fitted ladder stairway leading to a loft room, which has been used by the current owner as an office room (subject to planning and building consents this has the potential to perhaps be a third bedroom)

Externally there is a very good sized rear garden, having log store, large wooden shed with light and power connected, laid lawn, decking area, and an array of trees and shrubs. The garden enjoys a good degree of privacy, and sunlight. There is a right of way across the garden giving access to only one neighbour, and this is very rarely used, and common with the Victorian terraced houses in the Old Grimsbury area.
