Kyetts Corner
Cropredy

Hortons are delighted to offer to the market this exceptional family home, positioned on a quiet cul de sac on the outskirts of the highly sought after village of Cropredy.

"Cropredy is a fantastic village that we have loved living in. We extended the house as we didn’t want to move and have absolutely loved living here. The neighbours are really friendly and there is a real community feel to the place."

This is a wonderful family home, the current owners have done a superb job in creating a modern family space that is easy to enjoy, having a great flow to the general layout, the rear extension massively adding to overall feel of the space, and the natural light that pours in is just amazing. The garden is a further compliment to the property being a very good size, and enjoying a good degree of privacy. There is a large lawned area, and patio and decking areas being ideal for entertaining family and friends.

The owners have already secured their next home, meaning there is no onward chain with this property, another fantastic selling feature. The accommodation comprises entrance hallway, cloakroom, kitchen, dining area, snug area, sitting room, three bedrooms, family bathroom, ensuite shower room, large private rear garden, driveway parking for two vehicles.

As seen in the photos the property has been tastefully decorated throughout, so whilst a very functional family space, it's also a modern and stylish property to call home. There is a good degree of flexibility in how to use the space, which makes it a great option for families with differing requirements. All rooms are a good size, and well proportioned, with the ground floor having ample space for relaxing and entertaining. There is a very smart, quality shaker style kitchen with high quality fixtures, the skylights and windows onto the rear garden further add to the natural lighting in this space.

The bedrooms are of good size, with bedrooms one and two having built in wardrobes. Bedroom one has a lovely ensuite shower room, and the family bathroom is well finished with neutral stone tiling. The views at the rear are spectacular overlooking farmland and the marina beyond.

The house forms part of a small enclave of houses in a cul de sac tucked on the outskirts of the village, benefitting from having minimal passing traffic.

Cropredy is a popular and thriving North Oxfordshire village located on the Oxford Canal in the Cherwell Valley. Set in rolling open countryside, the village is made up of principally ironstone houses and cottages. More extensive shopping and leisure facilities are available in the market towns of Banbury (4.5 miles), Leamington Spa (17 miles) and Warwick (19 miles).

In accordance with current legal requirements, all prospective purchasers are required to undergo an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) check. An administration fee of £40 per property will apply.
