The Townhouse - Lindum Park House

Set within the Lindum Park House restoration project, The Townhouse is an entirely unique offering. Your own front door, three floors, and gated parking with an EV charger, a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral Quarter. If you've been looking to live within the centre of Lincoln and wanting something a little more luxurious - this is your answer.

The building itself is Grade II listed, and the townhouse sits within its grounds as a fully self-contained home, accessed from the front or from the rear, where the parking sits behind a gated entrance. Anyone who has tried to park in this part of Lincoln will understand what that's worth.

The ground floor is occupied by kitchen and dining space, kitchens made by Katie Brown Kitchens - shaker cabinetry, quartz worktops, integrated Bosch appliances throughout. A built-in banquette anchors the dining area, storage is worked into the chimney breast, and the large window keeps its original-style timber shutters. There's a separate utility to the front for everything you don't want on show, which could even double up as a home office.

The living room takes the first floor, rear aspect, where the building's original features are at their best. The bathroom sits on this level too, a four-piece, traditional in style, with a freestanding bath and separate shower. Both double bedrooms are on the second floor, at the top of the house and are private, quiet, and flexible enough to work as bedroom and office if that's how you’d refer to live.

The Lindum Park House restoration project has seen the complete transformation of a derelict Grade II listed building to seven luxurious and high-spec homes within Lincoln centre centre. All homes offer an exceptional internal specification with the inclusion of Amtico flooring, Lusso tiling and high-end fixtures and fittings throughout.

The Townhouse is a rare offering in Lincoln City Centre - and offers great potential for both a modern way of living or luxurious portfolio piece for both long term or short term rental. The home is fully staged and furniture can be purchased as part of the sale if you’re looking for a true turn-key home.
