Towns Field
Banbury

Hortons are delighted to offer this beautifully presented family home to the market, occupying one of the best plots on the development.

The House

Offered to the market is this exceptional four bedroomed detached family home, that is wonderfully light and airy throughout, classically styled to make the most of the natural light throughout the home. The property comes with one of the best gardens on the development being sun-filled, a very good size, and enjoying a superb degree of privacy. Benefitting from a ground floor home office, no bedrooms are sacrificed to accommodate working from home, a real feature in today’s working life, and the office has views over the open green to the front of the house. The house was constructed in 2020, having 6 years remaining on its NHBC warranty. As seen in the photos the house has been looked after incredibly well, and has a show-home feel to the space. The open plan kitchen dining room is a beautiful space, being dual aspect and letting that natural light pour through, especially from the patio doors that open onto the South facing garden. Adjacent to this room is a spacious ground floor cloak/ utility room, a very practical addition to the property. The sitting room is a comfortable size and has double doors opening onto the garden patio. Bedrooms one, two & three all benefit from built in wardrobes and even bedroom four is a good size; the house overall is very well proportioned. The garden is a beautiful space, having luscious lawn, planted beds, extended patio area, gate to driveway and door to the garage. The garage is a good sized single garage with light and power connected and sits behind a two vehicle driveway. There are also solar panels fitted on the South facing roof aspect, contributing to massive savings to be made on the electricity bills.

The Location

Towns Field is a quiet & tucked away street on this highly regarded recent development. Literally at the end of the close, viewable from the front door, is access onto stunning circular countryside walks, ideal for dog walking, and the house has a view over a treed green. Though the trees are young, these will mature & establish into a beautiful treed crescent. There are primary & secondary schools within easy walking distance, as well as daily amenities at the Sainsburys Local. Commuter wise, we’re the right side of town for Gaydon, Stratford, Warwick & Birmingham, and getting to the M40 junction and railway station is a 10 minute drive away.
