Winters Way
Bloxham

Hortons are delighted to offer this lovely two bedroomed property to the market, that has in recent years been updated throughout, and extended.

The property is immaculate, having been professionally decorated, in neutral and modern tones, complimenting the light & space perfectly. The ground floor extension creates a large open plan sitting dining area, unlike anything else in the road, with the double doors opening onto a raised terrace area.

The garden is a good size, and surprisingly private when seated, there are very straight forward changes that could be made to make this space even more private, as it enjoys the sun throughout the day.

The property comprises on an entrance hallway, storage cupboard, kitchen, dining area, sitting room, two bedrooms, family bathroom, good sized garden, bin store area, and garage.

The garage is within a block, and offers good storage options, the up and over door was recently installed.

The property is efficient, having UPVC double glazed windows and doors, and a gas central heating system. Those looking for their first property, or downsizing and wanting to stay in the village will very much be interested in this house.

As seen in the photos, the fixtures and fittings are all in superb order, and the flooring throughout the ground floor is of high quality. Towards the rear of the garden, there is a practical space to store bins or bikes, and has access on to Cumberford Hill.

Bloxham is a highly sought after village, with superb amenities on offer. This includes the primary school that is a short walk from the property.

In accordance with current legal requirements, all prospective purchasers are required to undergo an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) check. An administration fee of £40 per property will apply. This fee is payable after an offer has been accepted and must be settled before a memorandum of sale can be issued.
