Bio

Being a personal estate agent is more than just selling houses. It's about building trust and relationships. Every client and home are individual and my aim is to deliver a personal service with honest advice tailored to each one of them. With over 10 years of estate agency experience and local knowledge I am able to achieve the best results for my clients and be available at times to suit them.

Property is more than a job for me, its something i really enjoy and love doing. Over the past 10 years i’ve worked my way from senior negotiator to Branch Manager and Partner in a corporate environment, gaining invaluable experience which allowed me to be where i am today. Those years gave me the confidence to take the leap into being self employed allowing me to offer something more personal for my clients.

Having lived and worked in the local property market for many years i’m proud to be able to help people across the NG6 NG5 NG15 and surrounding areas. Every area in Nottingham has its own character and understanding what makes each community unique allows me to market homes to the right buyers. From local schools and transport links to local hidden gems, i use my knowledge to give honest and realistic advice and guidance. From professional photography and social media campaigns, to carefully written property descriptions i create a bespoke marketing plan for every home. I focus on highlighting the lifestyle a property offers not just its features which helps buyers picture themselves living there. By combining the marketing with my local knowledge and personal approach , i aim to generate more interest, attract the right buyers and gain the best possible price for my clients.
