Victoria brings a wealth of experience in sales and financial services, having started her career as a mortgage and financial advisor for the Royal Bank of Scotland in the heart of the City. Following the birth of her son, she relocated to East Sussex and went on to establish a successful recruitment company specialising in Property and Finance.
Her journey continued with the launch of VP Inventories, offering trusted inventory and lettings services across Sussex and Kent. Alongside running this thriving business, Victoria also played a key role in expanding a lettings portfolio and consulting within a busy sales and surveying office.
With years of experience working across East Sussex, Victoria has developed an in-depth knowledge of the local property landscape. Her passion for horses, dogs, and countryside living gives her a unique connection to the area—and an eye for uncovering hidden gems.

In 2024, Victoria teamed up with Michaela and Abby to launch Heart & Home, a business built on genuine care, local insight, and a personal touch. In 2025, Heart & Home proudly partnered with Hortons, joining a network of independent agents who share the same values and vision for delivering a more human, heartfelt approach to estate agency.
