The Log Cabin is currently based in Ashbourne but is not on a lease in this area and will need to be moved once purchased. We can help with the move of the cabin if required.

It comprises of a sitting area, sleeping area, kitchenette and wood burner. The kitchen includes base units, work surface with a black sink/drainer unit having a mixer tap over, fitted fridge and hob. 6x Double glazed windows and door. There is also a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower cubicle, sink and low flush w,c and heated towel rail.

Energy Efficiency & Additional Features;

The cabin benefits from six 400W solar panels (DM108H), enhancing energy efficiency and providing power to two 12V Fogstar Drift batteries, offering a reliable off-grid energy solution. All solar panels, batteries and associated fixings are included in the sale.

A boiler fitted to the rear of the cabin supplies hot water to both the kitchen and bathroom.

The cabin is also equipped with a gas pipe system with space for two gas tanks, allowing them to be used alternately. This system powers both the boiler and the kitchen hob.
