Becoming a Partner
Hortons offers a new direction for estate agents, and has redefined the role of an agency. Hortons is a platform that serves agents and helps them build a business, their personal brand and long term wealth, in terms of financial security and how you choose to use your freedom. Agents join us as a business partner, and get the financial backing and resources to establish themselves as an individual, self-employed agent with greater earning potential, time flexibility and the ability to build a lasting, valuable business and personal brand.
How does it work?
Joining as a Partner means you are a business owner. You’re self employed and accountable for your own results and responsible for your own destiny. Hortons is there as your investor (providing the tools and resources) to get your business off the ground without the usual risks or hassle. You will be assigned an exclusive geographical territory, discussed in the interview process, in which you can run your area and build your brand. You will have the benefit of an office based support team that will help manage incoming enquiries, so your time can be best spent prospecting, in market appraisals, handling negotiations, client management and progressing your active deals.
Requirements
- Industry experience at Senior Negotiator level or above would be beneficial, however not essential
- You’ll need to be prepared to build your personal brand to become the go-to local expert
- You’ll have a vast network as you’re responsible for generating new business and converting incoming valuation leads for your area
- You must have an interest in and be able to demonstrate use of digital marketing and social media
