Victoria began her career in the City of London as a mortgage and financial adviser with the Royal Bank of Scotland, where she built a strong foundation in sales and financial services. After the birth of her son, she relocated to beautiful East Sussex and went on to establish a successful recruitment company specialising in Property and Finance.

Her journey in the property world continued with the launch of VP Inventories, where she provided trusted inventory and lettings services across Sussex and Kent. Alongside running that business, she also worked closely with a busy sales and surveying office, helping to grow their lettings portfolio and consulting on property management.

Over the years, Victoria has developed an in-depth understanding of the East Sussex property market—and a genuine love for the people and communities there. Her passion for horses, dogs, and countryside living gives her a strong connection to the area and an instinct for finding those special hidden gems that make a house a home.
