Rebecca Holders, Partner at the fast growing hybrid agency, Hortons, has won the Rising Star award at the prestigious Women in Business Awards in Leicestershire.
Rebecca, who is in her early 20s, was recognised for her business success in Loughborough, Leicestershire. Having launched her business in partnership with Hortons in October 2019, Holders became a market leader in Loughborough within 12 months.
Her success came despite the pandemic putting a pause on the market during March, April and May of 2020, and significantly impacting normal operations. Holders responded with creative online marketing techniques to continue to build her business and brand awareness.
Adam Horton, Hortons CEO says: “Rebecca is an extremely talented agent. She is highly determined and focused but ultimately she really cares about her clients, and this shines through, and has helped her stand out. This achievement is very well deserved, and it’s great to see her recognised with such a prestigious award.”
Rebecca actively works on her personal development, and in the last few years has completed a business management degree, and became an accredited domestic energy surveyor, all whilst working as an estate agent.
“Not only has Rebecca achieved incredible success in her estate agency career, but she has done so whilst investing a huge amount of time and effort into her own personal development. She takes control over her destiny and it is inspirational both to myself personally, and to the whole company”.
Rebecca now has a team of 7 people, including 4 client managers, a sales negotiator and two viewings assistants which are all instrumental in delivering a first class service.
