Hello,
I’m Emma Gough.
I’m the local Partner Estate Agent at Hortons for North Warwickshire and Birmingham.
I started my career within property as a sales progressor, and have been a self employed estate agent ever since, working in the North Warwickshire and Birmingham areas. I soon realised my passion is property and people, and I was able to quickly work my way up. Growing up in the small village of Water Orton has been invaluable as I have an in depth knowledge of the areas I work in. I love embarking on this journey with my customers and helping them achieve their end goal by supporting them every step of the way. Finding the perfect buyer and finalising the sale are things I truly enjoy. The moment when I see that someone has found “the one,” in a property, whether it be their first home, their forever home, or a whole different direction that life has taken them…this is a real buzz for me. In my spare time I can be found painting, going on long walks and enjoying days out with my two daughters.

Emma,
a trusted
estate agent
“I recently had to sell my fathers house due to bereavement and Emma came highly recommended. I was assured of her professionalism, knowledge of the local area and swift sale rate. I was impressed with her knowledge, understanding and compassion at such a difficult time, this was second to none. She was very patient and explained everything clearly and concisely. There was no pressure from her whatsoever and I could take everything at my own pace. We sold for the price we wanted. I would highly recommend Emma to anyone wanting to sell their property. She sells houses like houses should be sold. Emma I would not hesitate in using you again. Thankyou. ”
